Walkin...!!


Walking allows you to clear your mind and thoughts. Not only is it good exercise for your body, walking gives your brain a chance to wander freely, clearing it of any troublesome thoughts and also the best exercise for weight loss. It is easy on the body, easily done by any age group, and burns a good amount of calories for the easy to moderate amount of effort put into it. The best part about walking is that you can walk with one or many friends, and enjoy beautiful scenery or benefit a cause.
