Heard of a sleeping disorder? which just came across and would like to share ~~ sleep apnea?, a common sleep disorder, a sleep disorder characterized by pauses in breathing during sleep . People with sleep apnea may breathe shallowly or have long pauses in their breathing throughout the night. Usually, people with sleep apnea do not wake up fully enough to realize this is happening — though others in the household may complain of their loud snoring, which is one sign of this condition.

During the day, people with sleep apnea often feel fatigued because of their chronically disrupted sleep and may fall asleep easily while watching television, while at work, or most dangerously, while driving.

While some people are affected by central sleep apnea, which is caused by a problem with the central nervous system, most people with sleep apnea have obstructive sleep apnea, which occurs when the airway is blocked by the tongue, tonsils, uvula, or excess fatty tissue in the throat. Most people with obstructive sleep apnea are overweight or obese.

If you suspect you might be suffering from sleep apnea, talk to your doctor about being tested for the condition. Sleep apnea not only puts you at greater risk of excessive fatigue and accidents, but it also has been linked to an increased risk of heart disease and other serious illnesses. Break the fast


The way we start the morning can have a big impact on the rest of our day. Eating a good breakfast is an essential part of a morning routine. “It’s important to break the fast,” nd when skipping breakfast our metabolism slows down and you have less energy throughout the day. Most important thing to remember is that everyone should eat something especially children who continuously growing and changing every day, and a nutritious breakfast provides the sugar, starch, protein, and fat - elements necessary for children to ensure a sustained release of energy and a delayed onset of hunger. Eating breakfast also improves the intake of fiber, vitamins, and minerals, especially iron and vitamin C.
Studies have shown that eating breakfast gives children the nutritional boost they need to get the learning process going - to stimulate learning - and there are other benefits as well. Children who ate breakfast (when compared to those who rarely ate breakfast):

Or time for preparing healthy meals may get supplanted by malassss, huhu — leading to more last-minute trips to the drive-through.
While shortchanging ourself and our goals to meet the needs of others often seems like the right thing to do, it isn't a good long-term strategy. Eventually, without our own needs being met, you get depleted — and when you're empty, you can't fill up anyone else. Making yourself a priority isn't selfish — it's necessary to keep you from burning out and becoming ineffective.
One of the best ways to safeguard time for yourself is to learn to set limits. That might mean turning down other people's requests for your time. Saying no can be difficult at first — we all want to please the people we love- but it's a necessary skill. Rather than immediately saying yes, you could consider "let me think about or tengok la nanti."
Even in situations in which you don't feel you can say no, there may be room for compromise. You may not want to keep your kids from doing the activities they love, but that doesn't mean you have to be the one to drive them back and forth each day. CarPooling maybe???

I was born in Ipoh Perak and dibesarkan diKajang another word a small town girl. For the past fifty years have stayed in a few places which I enjoyed the change. Alhamdulillah rezeki and kebahagian yang diberi oleh mu YaAllah ..FRESNO, CA ~~ WE WERE THERE FOR 4 WONDERFUL YEARS @ SierraMadre, opposite California State University while myHoneyLuv did his degree ..

As experts and demologist says, overall, the skin of a smoker isn’t as healthy and doesn’t heal as well as a nonsmoker’s skin. It also has a tendency to wrinkle easily. That’s because smoking cigarettes causes all of your blood vessels to constrict, or get more narrow, including the vessels that feed the outer layers of your skin. When you smoke, your skin gets less of the oxygen and nutrients it needs to stay healthy, and that leads to wrinkles. In addition, smoking causes elastic fibers in the skin to thicken, which means your skin won’t snap back into shape as well and you can experience sagging, The more you smoke, the more likely it is to happen and the more skin damage you’ll see. Made from a tiny speck of hair???... thats gross eventhough its a royalty's hair, masyaAllah, "to provoke people into thinking about food marketing and how language enhances the everyday eating experience"... ??? repulsive and knowing as late lizards, rats and such found in canned foods and eateries.... So jam lovers, looksie2 before u dig into the jamjar, huhu.. I have to stop taking my bread with jam and butter, huhu
